Hello, my name is Catherine. I love to help people help themselves. I understand that by empowering people with whatever they need, be it knowledge or a supplement or essence, it supports and affirms their ability to heal themselves. We are all on a journey in this life to grow and evolve. We all progress at the pace that is just right for us. And in that journey people will be placed in our path to help us in that growth when the time is right.

I was drawn to study Naturopathy and Medical herbalism in the late 1990’s as part of my own healing journey to holistic health. Holistic health is centred around bringing balance to body, mind and spirit. Since then, I have had the privilege of playing a part in helping many others towards the same goal.

Since graduating in 2000 with Diplomas in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine I started to become aware of frequency – we, as humans resonate at certain frequencies at a cellular level, and we live in a world that also resonates at certain frequencies. That understanding led to my training in Usui Reiki, an energetic hands-on healing modality, as well as in First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®. These vibrational essences are taken directly from plants native to New Zealand’s ancient plant kingdom.
Even though I became certified in 2019, I have been using First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® since 2012 as part of my naturopathic practice.

As I look back in writing this, I see it was no coincidence, because according to some in the spiritual community, 2012 was the year, figuratively speaking, of the divine pause in the outbreath of God – the end of a 260,00-year cycle before the beginning of the next in-breath that began the next cycle – known as the Age of Aquarius, The Age of Cherishing Waters.

I had already been using the Bach Flower essences up until that moment, but I believe I was drawn to these First light® flower essences specifically at that time so I could be part of Franchelle’s team to bring these sacred plant essences to humanity.

These essences are needed now to help humanity heal lower vibrational trauma and pain. This will not only raise their own frequency, but also that of the whole human collective, enabling the change needed to bring about the new golden future of mankind and our beautiful planet.

I had already started to witness this beautiful and lasting change in my clients using the First Light® flower essences, and this made me curious to see what else I could do to further support and assist this profound and evolutionary leap for humanity. That led me to a Diploma in Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnotherapy© studying with Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.

The value this specialised and ancient form of hypnotherapy brings to my clients has been outstanding. My clients have found including a First Light® flower essence blend as part of the Esoteric Hypnotherapy amplifies the work done at the level of soul and spirit during our sessions. This combination leads to profound and lasting changes by the last session.
