Bio

I grew up immersed in the wonder and beauty of the natural world. All my life I dreamed of working with Mother Nature to facilitate deep, transformational healing. I yearned for the olden days and often wished I had been born in a time that honoured the old ways.

I lived in the South of France as a young adult, and returned to New Zealand to study languages. However when I was 21 a life-shattering experience led me home to my family and the wetlands, bush and rolling hills where I grew up, to heal myself.

Western Medicine had no answers. I knew I needed Nature. Soon after in 2011, I discovered First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and with it, my childhood dream alive and well. I had been born in the perfect time after all, a time of the return to the old traditions in a totally new and revolutionary way.

I pieced myself back together with this sacred plant medicine as I learnt and applied these practices… And ended up on the path I was always destined to tread, sharing this deep healing that has given me so much. Every day I get to live my childhood dream and open my doors to souls who want to work with me.

As a result of coming to a place of peace with my own experiences I have the depth and compassion to hold sacred space for others, with the non-judgement that comes from knowing we all have our own path to walk. As divine children of the universe and of the earth, we all have the right to be here and share our gold.
