| I have been working with clients in the Integrated Health Field for over 23 years, in holistic clinics, with health services and by establishing practices in Scotland and Australia. Co-creating with sacred plant medicine is an integral part of my life and practice. I have seen how co-creating with sacred plant medicine enables people to creatively regain and sustain balance, equilibrium and harmony – journeying towards their true potential – and easing anxiety and stress. It is an inspiration to work creatively with clients as they deepen their connection with Nature, discover their unique native plant allies, integrate lost parts of themselves and move into greater empowerment. Clients feel supported by the essences, have clearer insight into their lives and more confidence in their ability to stay in heart. Astrology is also a key part of how I can assist my clients as we look together, logically and intuitively, how to best connect you with the pristine nature power of these essences. What I can offer that is unique, is to also bring in an indepth training in Art Therapy, Clinical Aromatherapy, Sound Therapy, Usui Reiki and Astrological Studies in Edinburgh. I have worked in clinics and hospitals in Scotland, specialising in areas of Medical Art Therapy with children and adults dealing with trauma and attachment issues. I have experience working with animals and am also very interested in animal communication and wellbeing. I offer consultations in person, by Zoom and email online worldwide.
