From a young age I was drawn to natural health medicines, and have dabbled in Colour Therapy, Bach Flowers and Essential Oils over the years. It was only a matter of time before I found this new-age vibrational medicine that is now readily available in the 21st century.
In 2018, I was introduced to the powerful healing modality of native plant vibrations – healing energies of First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®. Since then I have explored, witnessed and studied amazing transformations of people’s mental wellbeing, and overall holistic health benefits.
