Bio

I have been assisting clients, friends and my own family successfully with their unique needs since 2009 with the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®. It brings great joy to see my clients empowered and confident in their ability to address their holistic health needs.

Working in specialist education roles for 30 years and raising/homeschooling 4 children, my skills in assisting children, teens and families is my specialist area of work. From pregnancy, birth, through childhood, teenagers into young adults. For the past 7 years I have also facilitated therapeutic nature and equine based programmes for some of our most vulnerable children identified in our education and mental health systems. The First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® provide the fundamental keys to enable me to assist in the clearing of trauma as well as assisting our neuro-diverse children.

I welcome all people seeking support via Zoom consultations, and in person on the Tutukaka Coast, Whangarei.
