Inner Rhythms Medicine - Healing with Nature

Kia ora, I'm Brooke. I am a Diploma qualified First Light® Registered Practitioner and a Registered Naturopath and Herbalist. I also hold a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology, and am trauma informed. Currently I am a student at Quantum University in the Doctorate and PhD Programme in Natural Medicine.

After years of study and applying what I have learnt to my own life I am very passionate about natural and holistic medicine to support self-improvement, health and wellbeing.

In my practice I have a strong focus on nervous system health and healing using a natural medicine and holistic healing approach. A part of this work involves transmuting specific psychological stressors and traumas that create dysregulation, incoherence and dis-ease within the system, which I address with the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® vibrational plant medicines. Working with the First Light® essences to release the frequency of stress and trauma at an energetic level provides healing at a deeper foundational root cause level to energetically support regulation and balance of the nervous system, health and wellbeing.

I also work with the First Light® vibrational remedies to support mothers who are experiencing energetic depletion, compassion fatigue and burnout.
