Shipping policy
New Zealand
- Flat rate NZ$8.00 on every order.
- Free shipping on orders over NZ$130 from time to time and when stated on the website
- Tracked courier to street addresses. NZ Post for PO Box and rural addresses.
- Allow 2 to 5 working days. Rural deliveries can take longer.
- You will get an email with your order number, and tracking where the order travels by courier.
International
Shipping is quoted at checkout. Three services are available, and which ones you see depends on the value and weight of your order.
- Economy, trackable. Orders up to NZ$250 and under 2kg.
- Courier, trackable, signature required. Orders up to NZ$1,000.
- Express Courier, trackable, signature required. Available on all orders.
Allow 7 to 14 working days depending on the service chosen.
In accordance with New Zealand regulations, the retail value of the products must be displayed on the consignment note. Customs and import laws vary by country and may change without notice. Some items we sell may be restricted or prohibited in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that items you order comply with your local laws.
Any customs clearance, taxes, duty or inspection fees charged when your order arrives are set by your own country and are your responsibility. We cannot accept liability for loss in transit outside New Zealand.
Processing
Orders are packed and sent from our Auckland base. Made to order blends are mixed by hand for you, so please allow a little longer. We usually ship products within 1-3 days from receipt of order.
