Eight drops in a glass of water or straight on the tongue, three to four times a day. Gentle enough for children and animals.

Questions people ask
How many essences can I put in one blend?
Up to eight. One is enough if you know exactly what you are working with, and a handful together is just as valid. There is no wrong combination and the essences cannot do any harm.
What if I do not know which essences to choose?
Type a word into the search above, such as a feeling or a situation, and the essences whose keynote or description matches will come up. You can also browse a plant family, or let us choose for you with a personalised blend instead.
How is this different from buying single essences?
A single essence arrives as a 10ml stock bottle that you take on its own or blend yourself at home. This is one 25ml bottle with your chosen essences already combined, ready to take.
How long will one bottle last?
A 25ml bottle taken three to four times a day lasts around four to six weeks once opened.
Can I order one as a gift?
Yes. Choose the essences you would like for them and put their name on the bottle. If you are not sure what suits them, a ready-made blend is the safer choice.
