Each course is self contained and certified. You can complete as many or as few courses as you like and in any order. You can enrol at anytime into a course that best matches your interests, personal growth goals or professional development needs. You can enrol into a single course or choose the full Certificate or Diploma professional qualification pathway.

There is no set time frame in which to complete all the courses to be eligible to become a practitioner. Please note that when you enrol into a specific course, you have access to that particular course material in the online school for a period of 6 months from the date of enrolment (12 months for the Certificate and Diploma Course Bundles).

You can begin applying what you learn straight away. Throughout your flower essence training, you will have opportunities to create personalised flower essence blends for yourself and others, complete practical exercises, and learn how to conduct a flower essence consultation. You can begin using your skills to support yourself, family, friends Many of our students have gone on to become professional flower essence practitioners, even those who have no previous experience working with clients. Like many students, you too can begin to be paid for doing the work you love, soon after enrolling into the training.

Yes, First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® can be used alongside a wide range of holistic health, wellbeing and personal development approaches including homeopathy, herbal medicine, energy healing, hypnotherapy, allopathic medicine, massage therapy, life coaching and other healing or personal development modalities. First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® are pure plant energies held in water. They work vibrationally to support emotional wellbeing, inner balance, self-awareness and personal growth. For practitioners, they can be a valuable addition to an existing practice, offering another way to support clients emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually alongside the work you already do. Flower essences are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Yes. You can choose to do any or all of the courses in ay order that suits your interest or your goals. You may choose to study for your own healing and personal growth or to develop practical knowledge and skills that you can use to help your family, friends and clients.

Your details can be listed when you have a certificate of completion for any course through First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy and also when you obtain your Certificate (Cert.NZNFE) or Diploma (Dep.NZNFE) in New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy. Yes. The Certificate (Cert.NZNFE) and Diploma (Dip.NZNFE) courses offer the highest standards of excellence and professional training. Certificate (Cert.NZNFE) students are required to complete 100 hours of study and exercises and Diploma (Dip.NZNFE) students require to complete 150 hours of study and exercises which can be done at their own pace. For students to demonstrate a good understanding as to why First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® play a pivotal role in the development of advanced flower essence therapy and vibrational healing medicine as we move further into the 21st century. STEP 3: Complete and submit five case studies The purpose of the Certificate case studies shows: The student can demonstrate the ability to take a professional case study. The student clearly understands the effects of individual essences selected from different essence families and demonstrates relevant application to their nominated client case study. The student demonstrates their reasoning for essence selections.
