We read what you have told us and hand select a combination of First Light New Zealand native flower essences for it.

02. Blended and posted

Made to order in Devonport, in alkaline mineral water with grape alcohol as a natural preservative, labelled with the name you gave us and posted within 2 to 3 days.

03. Taken daily

Two to four drops on the tongue, three to four times a day or as required. Use within 4 to 6 weeks of opening. Gentle enough for children and animals.

Questions people ask

Do I need to know anything about flower essences?

No. That is the point of this one. You tell us what is going on in your own words and we choose the essences. It is a good place to start if you are drawn to the essences but are not sure where to begin.

How is this different from choosing my own essences?

With the Self Selection Blend you pick the essences yourself. With this one you describe what you need and we make the choice for you.

Can I order one as a gift?

Yes. Answer the questions for the person it is for and put their name on the form. The bottle is labelled with that name.

How long will one bottle last?

A 20ml bottle taken three to four times a day lasts around four to six weeks. Use it within 4 to 6 weeks of opening.
