I was blessed to discover the First Light® flower essences in 2020, and after experiencing their profound healing power firsthand, I felt inspired to complete my certification so I could support others with their healing gifts.

My practice, Restored Well-being, is centred on restoring our inner-wellbeing and helping people reconnect with the life force already within themselves.

I use flower essences to support clients in reconnecting to who they truly are, releasing limiting patterns holding them back, and navigating areas of life where they may require support.

Ultimately, the essences help people to live a life that feels grounded, joyful, connected, and fulfilling.

One of the greatest benefits I have personally experienced through working with the essences is a deeper connection to my soul and life purpose. This is also a key focus within my practice, where I aim to create a space for meaningful growth and self-discovery, and use certain essences to support clients in this process.

As an aspiring ecologist, I spend a great deal of time outdoors and have developed a deep appreciation and understanding of New Zealand’s unique ecosystems.

When clients are interested, I also incorporate nature education into my therapeutic approach. I believe that spending time in nature and learning about the natural world can foster profound wellbeing, belonging and connection to ourselves and the natural world around us — and I am passionate about sharing this with others.
