About Rose

My own healing journey has been (and still is!) a great adventure. This led me to the study and practice of natural medicine, both in seeking solutions for my own health issues and to assist others to achieve lasting healing outcomes.

In my experience of over 20 years, First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® really shine as they fundamentally support and empower the inherent self-healing capacity we all have. I am truly in awe of their scope and gentle yet potent efficacy.

First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® have completely transformed my life in so many ways, for which I am immensely grateful. I began working with these essences in 2003, and gained my Diploma in 2009 when it first became available.

I thoroughly enjoy the great privilege of working with these Sacred Plant Medicines to support many people of all ages through times of growth, challenge and healing, personal and spiritual development.

I offer flower essence consultations online or in person in central Wellington by appointment and would love to hear from you!
