Returns

How to take your blend

10ml Oral drops

Place 8 drops in a glass of water, or take directly on the tongue.
Repeat 3 to 4 times daily, or as required.

Can children and pets take flower essences?

Yes, First Light® flower essences are gentle and can be used by everyone, including children and animals.

Children can simply take fewer drops per day directly into the mouth or in water.

For pets or animals, add drops of the essence into their water or onto their food.

If you want to avoid the alcohol, add drops of the essence into an empty glass and flash with boiling water. The alcohol will evaporate.

Do flower essences contain alcohol?

Yes, generally flower essences contain a small amount of brandy, ethanol or grape as a natural preservative. To reduce the alcohol taste, add your drops to water.

How long does it take to notice a difference with flower essences?

It depends on the essence and the person. With an essence like Crisis Support for emergency or emotional first aid situations some people notice a difference within 15 to 20 minutes. Most people feel a shift within a few days. In general it takes about one month for changes to occur, and another month to integrate them.
